Targeted Individuals, Colonel Michael A. Coolican asks for feedback. Here is the email address to give your feedback on the use of non-lethal weapons and how these programs have damaged your life, your body, and your relationships.

I will post all of the information I can find about this program.

Joint Intermediate Force Capabilities Office

The Rand Study looked at non-lethal weapon to determine to effects and potential applications of these systems.

One interesting aspect of the study was the “Gently Seizing Control of the Very Dangerous Weapons” study which required the seizure of chemical and biological weapons in a fictional scenario.

Read more about the Rand Study conducted from 2022 to present.

Collaboration and Coordination

The JNLWP collaborates with various entities:

DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency): Known for its cutting-edge research, DARPA contributes to the development of flexible and effective non-lethal weapons.

National Institute of Justice: Collaborates on non-lethal weapon research.

Private Defense Contractors, Universities, and Research Institutions: These partners enhance the program’s capabilities.

Joint Intermediate Target Development video by the U.S. Army talks about multi-domain targeting.

International Cooperation and Involvement

NATO, the United Nations, the WHO, the WEF, Bilderberg all have their part in cooperating with each other when it comes to Non-lethal Weapons programs.

Let’s have a look at NATO’s part and how they got involved.

The United Nations cooperation programs with JWLNP.

The United Nations created a guide: ‘Guidance on Less-Lethal Weapons in Law Enforcement.’

The United Nations never addresses the issue of targeted individuals. What exactly is the point of putting out guidelines for local police when they don’t even enforce that aspect of the misuse of direct energy weapons and non-lethal weapons.

Other international organizations are not required to publicly disclose their part in these heinous human experiments like the United States does.

In the United States military, all branches, demonstrates non-lethal weapons called ‘Active Denial’.

Active Denial are microwave based weapons which heat up the skin and body to possible burns.

Narrative Networks or N2

Around 2011, Darpa launched a program aimed at understanding the potential threat of an individual or a group of individuals. This program was to look only at foreigners and foreign countries. It examined certain narratives which were successful in building terrorism.

This particular program caught my eye because many of us who are targeted were placed on the Homeland Security threat list, without our knowledge, and no platform for rebuttal against accusations which placed us on the list. It seems to go hand in hand with the ‘narrative’ program.

Darpa N2 Program

The N2 program is shelved.

It seems to me this program was moved to an international level like many other shelved projects.
